Who is Amanda Robinson?
Amanda Robinson is an award-winning Conversational Designer and Strategist at Automat.ai in Montreal. Her first foray into the world of conversational business was in the late 1990s when she designed and built a speech-recognition-based reading tutor (which received millions in funding). At Nuance Communications she worked as a Voice UI designer for Fortune 500 companies. Amanda has also worked as a solutions engineer and product manager across several verticals. In her role at Automat, she loves the challenge of blending UX design, microcopy and marketing strategy to craft dynamic experiences that people love to use and that also drive business results.
